Office Administrator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
Handle office files and maintaining an effective filing system.


Receive, sort, register and distribute incoming mails for the assigned office for action.
Welcome visitors and handle all inquires
Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
Direct office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Present timely reports and prepare presentations or proposals as assigned
Handle agendas, travel arrangements and appointments
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Oversee administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance



Job Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate for Office Administrator must have relevant qualifications for this role
Practical experience in the same role
The required candidate must be female on husband or father visa
Excellent time management and communication skills required
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
The applicant must be familiar with office management procedures
Excellent Ms Office suite knowledge is required
