Job Summary: Looking for experienced and dedicated Office Administrator and Accountant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)


Job Key Details:
Maintain office Inventory, Cash and Purchase management system
Document and analyze financial transactions by entering accounting information.
Manage the filing systems
Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
Provide executive secretarial duties for senior management including Front Office management, and customer care.
Manage administrative subordinate staff and related activities



Summarize financial accounts of the company status by collecting information and preparing financial reports.
Advice management in areas such as compensation, employee health care benefits, statutory deductions, data processing systems and accounting design process
Process mails, letters, posts, emails and maintain calls switchboard and official emails accounts for both internal and external correspondence.
Manage and maintain organization financial accounts, office budget and administration accounts.



Job Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate for Accountant and Office Administrator must have relevant qualifications for this role
Previous accounting and admin work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and should be Innovative and creative.
Knowledge of MS-Office and associated presentation software skills required
