General Employment Conditions:
Contract Period: June – September
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Working Days: 6 days per week
Work Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Ulqin, Montenegro
Accommodation: Provided by the employer
Food: Provided by the employer
Flight Ticket: Paid by the candidate (both arrival and departure from Albania)

1. Runners / Waiter Helpers (3 positions)

Experience: Minimum 2+ years
Duties: Polite and communicative with customers, assist waiters, arrange tables, support service operations
- Cleaners (2 positions)
Gender: Female
Age: 25–40
Salary: €600 – €800
Experience: 1–2 years
Duties: Clean kitchen, common areas, toilets; maintain hygiene standards; be responsible and detail-oriented
- General Workers (2 positions)
Gender: Male
Age: 20–40
Salary: €800 – €900
Experience: 1–2 years
Duties: Handle loading/unloading of products, clean exterior areas, work in high temperatures
- Bartender (1 position)
Gender: Male
Age: 20–35
Salary: €800 – €1,200
Experience: 2–5 years
Duties: Prepare cocktails, manage bar products, work efficiently and professionally
- Dishwasher (1 position)

Age: 25–40
Salary: €600 – €800

Duties: Wash and maintain kitchen equipment, ensure cleanliness of all kitchen areas

Duties: Prepare pasta and risotto, work on the grill, manage kitchen operations, ensure quality and speed in a beach kitchen environment

Duties: Assist chefs, prepare ingredients, maintain stock levels, ensure smooth kitchen operations
