● Competence need:
– Programming: Java / Springboot (deep expertise)

– Product development and product lifecycle management knowledge
– Experience in cloud and microservice architectures
Test Engineer:

– Programming: Java, Python
– Cloud technologies: K8S, Docker, Helm (basic expertise)

Test Architect:
● Responsibility: Foster the development of test frameworks
– Plan and create High Level and Low Level test plans, review and verify results

● Responsibility:
– Plan and design user experience
– Focus on user requirements and user/usage types (personas)
– Create demos, MoCs
● Competence need:
– UX and UE design experience
– Experience crafting user flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, user
interface designs and high-quality final visual comps.
– Strong visual design skills and a keen sense of effective UI
– Efficiencies with Sketch or Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping
tools, and diagramming tools.
Security Architect:
● Responsibility:
– Design new security solutions (analyze requirements, create studies,
etc.),
– Participate in security risk assessments,
– Analyze and investigate security alerts,
– Perform vulnerability analysis,
– Create, update and maintain security related documentation,
– Perform and support penetration testing,
– Define security requirements for specific microservices developed by individual teams,
– Support teams in securing and testing microservices they are
developing and verifying,
– Define security process and rules for development,
– Collaborate with Product Security Advisor, program managers and
security architects in other domains
● Competence need:
● High level of IT security knowledge, both in Software Development
and Networks domain
● Good understanding of cloud technologies and platforms: Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, Azure, AWS, etc.
● Experience with Cloud computing security, Identity and access
management, Cryptography (encryption, hashing algorithms, key
exchange)
● Solution driven approach and be comfortable with driving the
direction for the overall security solution (end-to-end)
● Demonstrated experience acting as a System Architect, Technical
leader, Lead designer or in a similar role
